We have built in-house tooling workshop equipped with the latest CAD/CAM technology and advanced mold fabrication facilities. Generally we build a mold between 2 weeks and 6 weeks. All molds are built with customer focus in mind and undergo a rigorous inspection and qualification process before being released to production. Our tooling team is capable of providing efficient mold design, fabrication and maintenance which will maximize the production efficiency and prolong the mold longevity.
